Roles & Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:
Possess specialist knowledge in the CRM system
( Salesforce.com) and support Global Sales and Marketing in optimizing sales processes and assessing sales productivity, including cost of sales
Set up, customize & deploy changes and updates to CRM (Salesforce.com)
Perform hands on customizations and train Sales and Marketing users in effective use of CRM system.
Develop customized reports and dashboards as needed by management
Through extensive usage of CRM, monitor all sales-related activities such as demonstrations, RFI, RFP, etc., inform stakeholders about these key activities on a regular basis.
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel in particular) and how data from SFDC can be explained in Excel to Management
Good communication skills
Aptitude to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through completion.
Lead Management:
Update CRM system as necessary to support updates/changes that enable accurate, in-depth tracking of leads.
Manage opt-out requests
Prepare periodic tracking & reporting on leads generated.
Generating reports which depict ROI generated from Leads.
