Salesforce.com Developer


Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and writing programs,  determining feasibility, time and cost estimation. This position will be asked to perform programming tasks.


• Analyze and interpret business requirements to technical specifications from a business stance to determine how the user will utilize the system.
• Analyze existing applications systems and programming logic problems and, where necessary, revise the logic and procedures.
• Design and write programs in accordance with client specifications.
• Perform unit tests and final analysis on test results of projects before release to Quality Assurance and User Acceptance testing.
• Produce and maintain program documentation.
• Analyze and provide corrective action for program problems and establish orderly maintenance procedures for systems.
• Investigate and research system environments (i.e., reporting systems, switching systems, computer systems, etc.) to assist in resolving existing program problems or identifying solutions to new business requirements.
• Participate in training programs to stay in tune with new technologies and methods to increase productivity and efficiency.
• May provide on-call product support.
• Will create reports based on end-user needs. Incorporates end user requests and requirements to develop the solution.


Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline, and Three years relevant experience, or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline, or Six-years relevant experience without college degree.
Salesforce.com developer certification is required.

• Candidate must have SalesForce.com experience.
• Salesforce.com experience will include:
- Account, Contact, Case, Lead, Campaign
- Reports and Dashboards
- APEX/Custom Visual Force Page experience
- Triggers, Assignment Rules
- WebService Experience (a plus)
- Workflow and Approval Processes
- Salesforce.com administrative roles
- Sales and Service Cloud experience
- Cast Iron experience (a plus)
- CTI Integration and Call Center Experience (a plus)
- Code Deployment Experience
• Prefer candidates experienced working in a rapid development project environment, specializing in programming and analysis
• Must have proficiency in relevant programming and control languages, analytical skills and thorough knowledge of standards and practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written are required
• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail applications, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer service and detail oriented
